ANTHONY DONCASTER - FOUNDER & OPERATIONS MANAGER
Anthony is the Founder of Oceania Construction Limited and has over 40 years of construction experience delivering multimillion-dollar projects in multiple sectors including Renewable Energy, Industrial, Commercial & Hospitality. He is a graduate of Southern Cross University with a bachelor’s in visual arts. For many years, he was the sole manager of OC overseeing all operations, business development and construction through contracting in various sectors for a diverse and remote client base. He has negotiated contracts where the work may be fixed price at risk, construction management, unit price, cost plus, etc. Anthony’s experience in general construction through to renewable energy is unique and incomparable to any other.
HAMISH DONCASTER - SUPERVISOR
OC relies on the stewardship of Hamish’s many years’ experience in team leadership and high-risk construction activities. He ensures work is completed safely and within scheduled time. He minimizes quality issues and punch lists before final walk through. He monitors daily reporting, safety logs, quality control, documentation of field changes, budgets, scheduling & all office/field management required for successful projects. His follow through is impeccable and it shows with his many years’ experience as a master ship captain. His past role as a master skipper has developed his leadership, strategic planning, task management and operations skills, all of which make him a tremendous asset to our team
JULIAN AITCHISON - ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
Julian has developed a unique experience in the electrical industry that begins from 10 years of being a licenced and certified electrician. He is a consummate professional in electrical design, construction and commissioning roles in the utility and industrial energy sector. He offers an established organisation of successful projects up to $400M and holds strong leadership skills that encompass a positive attitude to train, develop and mentor peers and to ensure compliance of all electrical and process systems.
